What happens at customs when my belongings arrive?
Every international move involves customs clearance at the destination. We prepare the required documentation, packing inventories, valuation forms, and any country-specific declarations, and our in-country partner manages the clearance process on arrival. Can you deliver if I don't have a permanent address yet?
Yes. We offer storage at the destination end for situations where your new home isn’t ready on arrival. Your move manager will build this into your overall move plan.
Is it worth shipping my furniture, or should I start fresh?
